Analizar la arquitectura actual de las aplicaciones en .NET (ASP.NET, Web Forms, .NET Framework).
Identificar dependencias críticas, puntos de integración y riesgos potenciales.
Evaluar el impacto de la migración en la base de datos, APIs y sistemas core.
Diseñar una estrategia de migración progresiva o big bang, según la criticidad de los sistemas.
Establecer roadmap, fases, y objetivos para la migración de servicios y componentes.
Definir un enfoque Strangler Pattern para migrar módulos de forma incremental.
Proponer una arquitectura moderna basada en Java Spring Boot, orientada a microservicios o APIs RESTful.
Definir modelos de datos optimizados para las nuevas aplicaciones.
Establecer estrategias de integración con sistemas core y APIs mediante middleware o colas de mensajes (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Garantizar que las aplicaciones migradas mantengan la lógica de negocio y mejoren el rendimiento.
Rediseñar componentes clave para aprovechar las ventajas de Java (uso de Spring Security, Hibernate, etc.).
Implementar procesos de CI/CD para automatizar despliegues y pruebas.
Asegurar que las aplicaciones migradas cumplan con estándares de seguridad bancaria (ISO 27001, OWASP, PCI-DSS).
Implementar autenticación y autorización mediante OAuth2, JWT o SAML.
Garantizar la protección de datos sensibles y cumplimiento con regulaciones locales.
Migrar aplicaciones hacia entornos de nube como AWS, Azure o GCP.
Utilizar contenedores (Docker) y orquestadores (Kubernetes) para despliegues escalables.
