The Facilities Technician will perform calibration, adjustment, and preventive maintenance on fire detection and suppression systems. Responsibilities also include conducting monthly hydrant and valve tests, as well as responding to alarms and evacuations.
Candidates must have a technical degree in IT, software, or a related field, along with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency in reading blueprints and using AutoCAD is required, along with availability for flexible scheduling.
