Manage day-to-day EHS operations and provide technical support to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple railcar facilities. Lead incident investigations, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety programs to promote an injury-free workplace.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety Sciences or at least three years of EHS experience in heavy manufacturing. Must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time and reside in specific metropolitan areas.
Location Requirement: Candidates must live in the Memphis, Dallas/Fort Worth, Birmingham, or Atlanta metropolitan area.
Travel Requirement: Up to 70% travel across a multi-state territory supporting 26 railcar repair and operational facilities.

Due to inspections and product testing at customer facilities, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or transport up to 25 pounds. Correctable vision is required for close, distance, or depth perception capabilities, and the ability to adjust focus (the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).
