The Site Safety Officer is responsible for conducting on-site hazard assessments, investigating incidents, and ensuring all workers follow safe work procedures. They also manage the daily administration of the safety program and provide in-house safety training to staff and sub-trades.
Candidates must have 1-5 years of safety experience, preferably in residential construction, and possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office. A valid First Aid certification and the ability to perform physically active work on job sites are also required.
