The Mixer Operator is responsible for scaling ingredients and operating mixers according to recipe specifications. They must monitor product quality, troubleshoot dough variables, and maintain a clean workspace adhering to food safety and GMP policies.
Candidates should have previous experience in food manufacturing or baking, with a preference for those familiar with SAP. Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds and strong mathematical skills are required.
