Ensures that departmental manuals, guides, and other resources reflect the most current policies and procedures related to exam security and exam administration. Delivers clear, professional, and courteous written and verbal communication to candidates, staff, and other stakeholders while maintaining a positive rapport and professional attitude. Serves as a backup for the Exam Administration team in handling technical issues, exam eligibility activation, appointment scheduling, rescheduling, exam results, and retakes, as needed. Knowledge of certification industry best practices and accreditation standards strongly preferred. Prior security or compliance-related experience a plus. Proven skills in problem solving, analyzing data, building reports, attending to detail, presenting findings, organizing work, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks in a timely manner. Skilled in collaborating with internal and external resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deescalate situations with a professional attitude, patience, and tact.
