2 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management, including management of EHS compliance for data centers or other industrial facilities.
Experience in health, safety, and environmental protection practices and procedures as they apply to common construction processes.
Experience with environmental regulations, safety and health protection.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
8 years of experience in EHS program management, project management, or a related field.
Knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
Track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and optimize program efficiency.

As an EHS Operations Program Manager, you will drive continuous improvement across Google's EHS operations. This includes addressing complex, cross-functional challenges, utilizing program management methodologies to effectively monitor and manage programs and stakeholders.
