Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day facility maintenance, including ice, mechanical, and electrical systems. Ensure the safe and clean delivery of ice events while managing third-party contractors and staff work orders.
Requires a High School Diploma and preferably five years of ice arena operations experience with at least two years in a supervisory role. Must possess technical knowledge of building systems and be willing to obtain OSHA, Ammonia Safety, and Crowd Management certifications.

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the assisting the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations of the facility maintenance, communication with third party contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and city and state facility maintenance staff. They will assist with managing company resources to stay within budget. This position is responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of the ice events to guarantee a safe, clean facility. This person will assist the Operations Manager with the maintenance of the facility’s ice, equipment, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems and ensure the facility’s interior and exterior are clean and functional at all times. This position is not eligible for remote work.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle large objects, tools, carts and drive machinery. Reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, talk, and hear for up to 8-14 hours a day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may be required to work both indoors and outdoors as required by the function, and may be also exposed to adverse conditions including inclement weather, noise, fumes etc.
