The Security Officer is responsible for conducting interior and exterior patrols, controlling access to the facility, and monitoring security systems. They must also document activities, report suspicious behavior, and ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent computer skills, and a Texas DPS Guard Card. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and a 10-panel drug screen.

As a Data Center Construction Security Officer, you will conduct unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior), control access and egress, monitor closed-circuit televisions and alarm systems compose reports, deter criminal activity, and misconduct, and perform other duties as specified in post orders. The Data Center Security Officer is trained to work on all posts at the assigned site location and is available to work all shifts.

The base salary range for this role is $20.00 per hour. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave.
