The Director of Insurance plans and executes the organization's insurance program and risk management strategies under the guidance of the General Counsel. Key duties include managing renewals, overseeing claims, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supervising assigned staff and contractors.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Finance, or a related field is required, with a master's degree and risk management certification preferred. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in corporate insurance and risk management, ideally within the healthcare industry.

The Director of Insurance utilizes in-depth knowledge of insurance and risk management disciplines and applies analytical thinking to support program risk mitigation, and regulatory adherence. The role collaborates across functions to ensure functional continuity, financial accuracy, and operational excellence.

The pay range for this position is $106,455.86 - $175,419.71. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
