The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for conducting visual inspections of cannabis products to ensure they meet safety and quality specifications. They must document inspection results, track sample weights, and escalate any identified quality issues to the supervisor.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 21 years of age. The role requires the ability to pass a Level 2 background screening and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician – Processing

POSITION SUMMARY
The Temporary - Quality Assurance Technician – Processing is responsible for conducting visual scans of products to assure the quality and safety profiles of products intended for consumers meet specifications. QA Techs will be responsible for tracking the weight of each sample and keeping track of what cultivar is currently being worked on. Additionally, QA Techs will be required to safely handle and separate any adulterated product that is found during scans and escalate quality issues to the QA Lead and/or QA Supervisor.
