Company Description

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial CEO / Co-Founder / Partnership Investor to join Letshare / GovConnect at an early stage with shared ownership, equity participation, and long-term responsibility for building and scaling the company as part of the LetShare Group.

GovConnect is a government-focused facility and meeting management platform designed to help public-sector organizations efficiently manage meeting spaces, conference rooms, equipment, catering, and related resources across multiple locations.

The platform provides a centralized, end-to-end solution covering availability management, approval workflows, execution coordination, and detailed reporting. By delivering real-time insights into space utilization, resource allocation, and service delivery, GovConnect enables institutions to reduce administrative overhead, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the day-to-day experience of employees and administrators.

GovConnect is developed and supported by the LetShare Group, a technology group focused on building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions for complex organizational environments.

Job Description

As CEO and Co-Founder, you will lead GovConnect’s strategy, operations, market positioning, and growth, transforming a strong product foundation into a scalable and widely adopted GovTech solution.

You will work closely with the founding team and the broader LetShare Group to align product direction, commercial strategy, and organizational growth, while maintaining GovConnect’s clear and dedicated focus on public-sector needs, procurement realities, and institutional adoption.

This role requires a founder mindset, strong execution capability, and a long-term commitment to building a serious, enterprise-grade company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and own GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy
  • Position GovConnect as a trusted solution within the government and public-sector ecosystem

Business Development & Go-to-Market

  • Lead public-sector sales strategy, pilot programs, and institutional partnerships
  • Navigate procurement processes, stakeholder alignment, and long sales cycles
  • Build strategic relationships with government entities, agencies, and municipalities

Product & Platform Direction

  • Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure the platform evolves in line with real institutional needs
  • Balance innovation with reliability, security, and enterprise-grade delivery

Operations & Financial Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Ensure sustainable financial planning and scalable operating models

Team & Representation

  • Build and lead the leadership team as the company grows
  • Represent GovConnect and the LetShare Group with partners, institutions, and investors

Qualifications

You are a founder-level leader with experience building or scaling B2B, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS companies. You are comfortable operating in complex, regulated environments and working closely with institutional stakeholders.

You bring:

  • Languages: fluent English
  • Proven experience in business leadership, growth, or commercial strategy
  • Understanding of public-sector or enterprise procurement environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A pragmatic, execution-driven mindset with long-term vision
  • Willingness to take ownership and accountability at company level

You do not need to be hands-on technical, but you must be comfortable leading a technology-driven organization.

  • Buy-in amount and equity structure to be discussed transparently during the process
