Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Utilize detailing materials and company resources to achieve annual sales targets effectively.
• Build and strengthen relationships with relevant HCPs while transferring product knowledge.
• Set qualitative and quantitative objectives for your work.
• Plan and execute weekly work and client visits efficiently.
• Implement quarterly action plans, either independently or with cross-functional teams, in line with the company's annual strategy.
• Adapt to different communication formats, including digital tools, to engage with stakeholders and deliver corporate/product messages.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Basic proficiency in English, particularly in listening and reading.
• Proactive nature and ability to independently develop the market in related fields. Willingness to embrace changes and challenges. Familiarity with Obstetrics and Gynecology is preferred.
• Experience with HP will be an added advantage.
• Experience with self-pay or private payment systems is also preferred.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
