For agencies, the offer is simple: briefs arrive funded, payment is guaranteed, and the pipeline stops being a prayer. No cold pitching, no ghosted proposals, no chasing invoices. Work that fits, work that pays.
Underneath it all sits a data layer — the largest dataset of real services pricing and outcomes anywhere — making every match smarter than the last.

Mission
Fill the platform with agencies worth matching to. Find them, convince them, onboard them, and get them delivering — so every brief that arrives meets a team that can ship it.

Role summary
You own agency supply, end to end. Sourcing, outreach, conversion, onboarding, activation.
This is not a broadcast motion. The agencies we want are a finite, knowable list — you can name them. That makes it targeted lead generation, closer to founder-led sales than to a demand funnel, and it's the deliberate mirror of the buyer-side engine.
You start hands-on — writing the outreach, taking the calls, walking agencies through their first brief — then build the team as the motion proves out. You report to the Head of Marketing and work close to the founders, supply ops, and product. You won't inherit a playbook. You'll write the supply half of it.

What you'll own

• The vetted supply base. The number you carry is vetted agencies actively delivering. Not signups, not logos on a page — agencies live on the platform with real work moving through them.

• Who gets in. Vetting is the brand. Every agency you bring is a bet the buyer side pays for if it's wrong. You own the top of that funnel and you protect the bar — including saying no to volume that doesn't clear it.

• Outreach that doesn't look like outreach. One-to-one founder-grade contact for the first hundred: personal notes, custom walkthroughs, real research. Then the channels that scale it — the agency-operator newsletter, agency-to-agency referral, category press, the awards and directories where the good ones already live.

• Onboarding and activation. Signing an agency is not the win. The win is their first brief shipped and the buyer coming back. You own the path from yes to active, and the drop-off in between.

• The supply funnel and its math. Sourced → contacted → applied → vetted → onboarded → actively delivering. Plus retention: 90-day retention, GMV per agency, re-hire rate on the work they ship. You instrument it, read it, act on it.

• Experiments. Test segments, messages and channels fast. Kill what doesn't convert. Scale nothing before it earns it.

• The team. Hands-on now, hiring as the motion proves out. You set the bar for who comes next.
  
  Who we're looking for

• 6+ years in growth, demand generation, partnerships, or founder-led sales — in a role where you personally brought supply or customers in the door.

• You have built an acquisition motion from scratch, not just run one someone else built.

• You are comfortable with a targeted, high-touch motion — one-to-one outreach at the start, channels layered on once it works.

• Credible with agency owners. You can hold a conversation about margin, utilisation, pipeline and payroll without faking it.

• Full-funnel fluency: sourcing, messaging, conversion, onboarding, retention, and the analytics under all of it.

• A data-driven operator. You live in funnel conversion, activation, retention and cohort behaviour, and you turn the numbers into the next move.

• Comfortable in high ambiguity. Early stage, zero to one, no playbook waiting for you.

• Taste and a point of view. You understand why the Linear, Notion, and Cursor register beats standard SaaS marketing, and you can work in it.

• Native or near-native English, with a strong grasp of North American business culture and market dynamics.

Preferred

• Marketplace or two-sided platform experience — specifically on the supply side.

• You have worked in or around agencies, and know how they actually run.

• Background in B2B SaaS, AI, developer tools, or fintech.

• Strong with CRM and outbound tooling. Attio, HubSpot, or similar.
