Toyota of Tacoma is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our busy automotive Sales Department.
This is an opportunity for a motivated customer-focused professional looking to break into the automotive industry. Someone who enjoys building customer relationships, problem solving, and wants to be part of a successful, high-volume team.
We’re looking for someone who can deliver exceptional results while providing a great experience for our customers. No automotive sales experience? No problem. We'll provide training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
Manage inbound leads and follow up effectively
Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget
Maintain client engagement through email and outreach
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Stay informed and up-to-date on Toyota vehicle models, features and technology

Requirements

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
Effective communication skills

Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
