Greenlight Communities is one of Arizona's most active developers of attainable multifamily housing, with thousands of units delivered across the Phoenix metro and Tucson under our Cabana and Streamliner brands. Built on that development platform, two of our businesses now serve third-party clients:
Greenlight Construction delivers general contracting services for multifamily, senior living, hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, and site/infrastructure projects. With 5,000+ units, 5.5M+ square feet, and 20+ site developments delivered across 8+ cities, often at a 10–20% below-market cost basis, we bring developer-informed discipline, cost clarity, and predictable execution to every project.
Jett Civil Engineering is our principal-led civil engineering firm providing roadway design, grading and drainage, paving plans, storm drain design, hydrology and hydraulic analysis, utility coordination, due diligence, and construction observation. Jett serves clients across project types: multifamily, commercial, retail, industrial, and infill redevelopment, with deep expertise across more than a dozen Arizona jurisdictions.
Both businesses are growing, and we're hiring a seasoned business development leader to take them to market.
About the Role
This is a senior, high-impact role with full ownership of the sales function for two growing businesses. As Business Development Manager, you will be the face of Greenlight Construction and Jett Civil Engineering in the market, leveraging an established network of Arizona developers, owners, and design professionals to generate, pursue, and close new third-party business for both companies.
This is not an entry point into the industry. We're looking for a proven AEC business developer who arrives with relationships, knows how work gets awarded in this market, and can produce a qualified pipeline quickly while building the strategy, processes, and infrastructure for a sales function that scales with us.
