The Pilates Coordinator manages the Pilates program, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and the professional growth of the instructor team. They are responsible for delivering high-quality private and semi-private sessions using all Pilates apparatus while maintaining studio standards.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma, comprehensive Pilates certification across all apparatus, and a proven leadership background in fitness. A minimum of 3 years of training experience and 2 years of sales experience are required.
