Service and monitor middle market commercial insurance accounts while identifying coverage gaps and growth opportunities. Coordinate marketing for new and renewal business and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and negotiation with carriers.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in brokerage, consulting, or insurance. A valid P&C license is mandatory, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to join our Commercial Lines team in our Melville office on a Hybrid work schedule.
To service existing accounts and coordinate account activity primarily on middle market insurance accounts.

The expected salary range for this position is $107,000 annually to $145,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages: health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits such as vacation, sick, and personal days, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
