The Senior Manager leads mechanical engineers and designers to ensure the efficient development of products through strategic vision and technical expertise. Responsibilities include managing departmental budgets, resource planning, and overseeing the full product development lifecycle from conceptual design to validation.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of experience managing product development engineering teams. Proficiency in engineering techniques, patent processes, and the ability to lead and mentor staff is required.

The Senior Manager, Engineering is responsible for managing the mechanical engineers and designers. This position will provide strategy, vision, direction, customer focus and a sense of urgency to engineering staff through leadership, management and teamwork, ensuring creative, efficient, fast track development and engineering expertise, while ensuring personal and staff challenge and development. This position works under minimum supervision.
