Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of independent agencies within a specific territory. Develop strategies to drive sales, expand market presence, and manage cross-functional partnerships for growth and profitability.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and working knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and compliance. Candidates must be able to travel up to 75% of the time and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
This position works from home. The candidate must be able to work remotely with access to high speed internet living in and servicing the State of Oregon. Home office equipment provided.
Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
Oversee recruitment, development, growth, and performance management of independent agencies in the assigned territory. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, expand market presence, and promote the company’s agency opportunity. Serve as primary contact for independent agencies and manage relationships, monitor industry trends, and partner cross-functionally to achieve growth and profitability goals.
