The Account Manager is responsible for the operational management of client relationships and the oversight of a pipeline of 100-125 active mortgage units. Key duties include managing aged loans, leading client calls, and ensuring files move forward toward funding through proactive communication.
Candidates need 2+ years of experience in mortgage operations, wholesale lending, or a client-facing role within the residential mortgage industry. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office and regulatory compliance are preferred.
