As a Regional Manager, you will direct and manage overall performance for your assigned Sales Area on the West Coast with the goal of meeting or exceeding sales and profit plans. In addition, it will also be up to you to staff your sales positions with the right people, to include hiring, training and coaching new and existing team members.
Your specific responsibilities in this role will include:
We are looking for a Regional Manager, who can be located anywhere in the Region, that combines an outgoing personality with a strong commitment to customer service and relationships, as well as persistent follow-up and coaching skills. You should be able to practice a leadership style based on collaboration and motivation, establishing relationships based on trust and encouraging an open environment. We like to have fun achieving our goals together. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills. In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical first year total compensation pay range for the Regional Manager position is $100,000- $160,000] per year depending on experience and sales performance. This includes salary ($100,000 - $120,000) and uncapped monthly bonus opportunities that are tied to location and company performance. No specific monthly bonus amount is guaranteed.
