Job Description:
  • Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion to existing clients in Mekari Qontak (CRM & Omnichannel) product
  • Work closely with internal team to create and execute marketing campaigns to boost product expansion & renewal  
  • Conduct product demonstrations to existing clients if necessary  
  • Continually gather feedback from our clients, then work directly with our product team to provide input on the Mekari Qontak product roadmap  
  • Handle administrative duties e.g. the renewal emails, quotations, invoices, and weekly report
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Min 1-2 years of experience as Account Executive/Account Manager or related roles in SaaS/Tech company (experience with CRM or communication tools is a plus)
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)  
  • Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives  
  • Excellent problem solving & analytical skills, able to multitask & posses good time management  
  • Fluent in verbal and written English  
  • Able to work under pressure
