The Sales Support Specialist manages customer accounts and ensures the accurate execution of the sales orderbook, including manual entry and EDI monitoring. They act as a liaison between sales reps, the warehouse, and customers to resolve fulfillment issues and manage operational duties like item set-ups and forecasting.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience in customer, sales, or dealer service, preferably within a retail or consumer product environment. Proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with MS NAV/MS Business Central is considered a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY: |
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring accurate and timely execution of the sales orderbook for a range of customers including high volume and specialized accounts. This position will also own the placement of forecasts, item set-ups, other day-to-day and seasonal operational duties to support the overall success of the business.

A collaborative, open space work environment located on the second floor of the 40,000 sq. foot facility located in Broomfield, Colorado. Team members share a common desk area. The Sales Support area is faces west and looks out on open space and the Flatirons. There are approximately 40 employees in the 40,000 sq. ft Broomfield corporate facility which houses multiple quiet telephone booths, a large outside patio, and a large employee breakroom for the employees’ use.

In our corporate office, employees can bring dogs to work 2 days a week, and after 30 days, have the option for a Flexible Work Schedule which includes the option of one work from home day, 4 10-hour days with each Friday off, or 9-9 hour days dependent on role in the organization. Exxel offers a minimum of 80 hours vacation, and 7 days sick to all Full-time employees, prorated for Part-time employees, and for when the employee begins with the company during the year. Salary range for this position is $24-26 an hour, based on education and prior experience.
