The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care, including assessments, care planning, and the administration of infusion therapies in home or alternate site settings. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the care team, educating patients and caregivers, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a current RN license in good standing and have at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in infusion therapy, ICU, or Cardiac Care. A valid driver's license and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation are also required.
