At Corporate Traveller, we’re on a mission to take business travel to the next level. And when it comes to our people, we know we are next level. We are anything but ordinary. Part of the corporate division of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), Corporate Traveller is one of FCTG's most successful brands, globally. Our mission is to make end to end travel experience faster, simpler and easier for our customers and to demonstrate ongoing value to decision-makers, travellers and bookers.
We provide our customers with the perfect blend of personal, local service blended with our expert technology suite and the great choice and value which comes with being part of the FCTG family. We lead with passion, ambition, and a hunger to do better. We do whatever it takes to get the best results, for ourselves and our customers. We are committed to helping our customers and each other grow and smash our goals. And at our core, we believe that together we can do anything. Together, we are here to take it to the next level.
About the role
As an Inside Sales Manager at Corporate Traveller, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and showcasing the value of our market‑leading travel solutions. You’ll be responsible for generating new corporate accounts, converting leads into tangible revenue, and ensuring a smooth transition into our operations team.
Your work will be a blend of outreach, relationship-building, and strategic sales activity- including cold calling, networking, client meetings, and presenting our online booking tools. You’ll run your own sales portfolio with full autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and a manager who sets clear performance goals while giving you room to shine.
Day to day, you’ll be:
Growing Corporate Traveller’s client base through proactive lead generation.
Building relationships with senior decision-makers across a wide range of industries.
Converting appointments into profitable, long-term partnerships.
Representing Corporate Traveller at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Acting as a role model within the team by consistently achieving targets, KPIs, and sales activity goals.
Ensuring accurate follow‑up, CRM updates, and seamless client handovers into operations.
If you’re motivated by results, thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment, and enjoy developing relationships that drive commercial success, this is a fantastic role where your impact is both visible and valued.
About you
You’ll be someone who combines sales drive with relationship‑building finesse. You bring strong initiative, confidence in your communication style, and the ability to quickly understand a client’s needs—and respond with compelling solutions.
We’re looking for someone who is:
A relationship builder – you engage naturally with senior stakeholders and create lasting professional connections.
A strong communicator – eloquent, clear, and well-presented whether on the phone or in a client meeting.
Commercially aware – you understand KPIs, revenue goals, and the value of delivering against targets.
Resilient and adaptable – comfortable working out of hours when required and responsive to new ideas or changing priorities.
Results‑oriented – competitive, focused, and always looking to improve your performance.
A persuasive negotiator – able to uncover client needs, influence decision-making, and secure commitment.
Confident with tech – familiar with Microsoft Office and able to demonstrate online booking solutions.
A positive team player – supportive, enthusiastic, and driven to help elevate team performance.
If you’re ready to take ownership of your pipeline, build a powerful client network, and grow your career with a brand that rewards ambition, we’d love to meet you.

Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is one of the world’s largest travel companies, employing 12,000 like-minded individuals – known as ‘Flighties’.
Our story dates to 1973, when founder Graham Turner (aka “Skroo") and friend Geoff “Spy” Lomas buy a double-decker bus and take off on their first tour around Spain, Portugal and Morrocco, 3 years later forming the first business, Top Deck. After flight deregulations in the 80s our first retail "Flight Centre" stores opened in Australia in 1982, London in 1984, and NZ in 1987.
1987 was also the year we held our first “Global Gathering” awards event celebrating our amazing people, a tradition that continues to this day.
And in 2025 we launched our very first loyalty program, World360 Rewards! Our Australian customers now able to earn and redeem points across Flight Centre, Travel Associates, and Cruiseabout.
We’re in our 40s now and a lot has changed! With global headquarters in Brisbane, Australia, our company owned leisure and corporate travel businesses span three major regions: APAC, The Americas and EMEA.
