Ga jij de uitdaging aan om ondernemers te binden en van een juiste oplossing te voorzien? Wij zijn op zoek naar collega's die graag in gesprek gaan met zakelijke klanten.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Interne Accountmanager ben je in contact met klein zakelijke ondernemers via diverse kanalen (mail, telefonie en beeldbellen). Tijdens dit gesprek kun je met enthousiasme uitleggen waar Aon voor staat en wat we kunnen betekenen voor deze klant. In deze uitdagende commerciële functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten. Hierbij behandel je vragen, inventariseert wensen, denkt mee en geeft advies over zakelijke schadeverzekeringen. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen de klant en (interne) partijen zoals het volmacht bedrijf. Je doet er alles aan om te zorgen voor een tevreden klant. Daarnaast zet je je administratieve taken uit naar een supportteam en werk je nauw samen met andere specialisten zoals adviseurs Inkomen en Desk Accountmanagers.
Binnen deze functie als Interne Accountmanager bij Aon heb je veel afwisseling qua werkzaamheden, krijg je gezellige collega’s en help je actief mee met het uitbouwen van een jonge afdeling.
Wat neem je mee?
Je beschikt over:
Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting;
Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
In het bezit van WFT Basis en WFT Schade Zakelijk (must);
Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
Enthousiasme en drive om klanten aan je te binden.
Waar kom je te werken?
De afdeling Small Enterprises is onderdeel van Commercial Risk Solutions van Aon. Small enterprises ontwikkelt op maat gesneden verzekeringsoplossingen voor doelgroepen de Business to Business markt. Hieronder valt onze ZZP bediening die kan variëren tot bedrijven met een omzet tot 25 miljoen euro omzet per jaar.

Een zelfstandige en dynamische baan met volop ruimte en mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen. De salarisindicatie voor deze functie ligt tussen de € 3.000,- en € 3.600,- bruto per maand op basis van jouw opleiding, ervaring en kennis.
Omdat wij bij Aon geloven dat niemand hetzelfde is bieden we naast het vaste bruto maand salaris ook een flexibele salariscomponent van 19,21% van het bruto maandsalaris. Dit percentage kun je maandelijks extra laten uitbetalen of bijvoorbeeld extra verlofdagen aankopen. De keuze is aan jou.
