De Functie
Als Assistent Boutique Manager ben jij de rechterhand van de Boutique Manager en speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks succes van de boutique. Je combineert werken op de vloer met coördinerende verantwoordelijkheden en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt voor zowel het team als de klant.
Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen, het aansturen van het team en het bewaken van de merkuitstraling. Bij afwezigheid van de Boutique Manager neem jij de volledige leiding over en zorg je dat de boutique optimaal blijft draaien. In deze rol fungeer je als belangrijke schakel tussen het team op de vloer en het management.

Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
