Wat ga je doen?
Als (Junior) Financial Account Manager bij Colliers krijg je de ruimte om jouw ondernemende instelling en commerciële blik volop te benutten. Jij beheert zelfstandig de volledige financiële administratie van verschillende vastgoedcomplexen binnen jouw portefeuille, namens onze opdrachtgevers. Daarbij staat één doel centraal: het continu optimaliseren van de dienstverlening aan de eigenaren.
Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en verantwoordelijk:
Met een portefeuille van 5 tot 10 eigenaren ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het team. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, vooruitdenken en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat de financiële processen soepel en betrouwbaar verlopen.
