The Greet Team Member serves as the primary point of contact for members and guests, managing facility entry and incoming communications. They are responsible for driving sales goals, maintaining facility cleanliness, and providing tours to prospective members.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in customer service and cash handling. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and obtain CPR/AED certification within 45 days of hire.
