Lead day-to-day logistics operations while ensuring alignment with global logistics and broader business priorities.
Drive continuous improvement that strengthens service levels and reliability, reduces cost, increases agility, and improves customer experience.
Identify operational risks and establish mitigation plans that support resilience and business continuity.
Network Design & Transformation
Evaluate and optimize the North America logistics network to support future growth, capacity requirements, and customer expectations.
Evaluate outsourced and in-house operating models, including the future role of 3PL partners and opportunities to build internal capabilities.
Lead RFPs, RFQs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations for logistics, transportation, and technology partners as needed.
Technology & Systems Modernization
Drive the advancement of logistics technology, including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and related supply chain platforms.
Partner with Technology and Operations teams to implement automation that improves visibility, productivity, inventory accuracy, and service.
Build on established reporting and analytics practices that enable proactive performance management and decision-making.
Partner & Vendor Management
Build productive relationships with carriers, warehouse operators, 3PLs, and other external logistics partners.
Establish clear service-level expectations and performance routines that reinforce accountability and continuous improvement.
Lead a robust governance model through regular business reviews and ensure providers meet operational, service, and financial commitments.
Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team of approximately five employees.
Assess organizational capabilities and design the structure, roles, talent, and ways of working required for future growth.
Create a culture of accountability, ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Financial Management
Own logistics budgets, forecasting, annual planning, and cost-management processes.
Identify productivity and cost opportunities while maintaining or improving service performance.
Develop clear investment proposals and cases for logistics transformation and capital initiatives.
Who You Are
A strategic problem solver who balances long-term transformation with disciplined operational execution.
A change leader with experience modernizing logistics through process, technology, and organizational improvements.
A collaborative partner who influences effectively across functions and levels.
A data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and financial competence.
An experienced people leader who builds capability, develops talent, and creates accountability.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
Customer-focused and continually looking for ways to improve service, efficiency, and performance.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations, including people leadership. 15+ years of progressive experience, with 5+ years in Director-level Logistics roles
