SALARY: $82,500 - $85,000, bonus eligible
LOCATION: Elysian Fields
COMPANY: Michelob ULTRA. Cutwater Spirits. Budweiser. Kona Brewing Co. Stella Artois. Bud Light. That’s right, over 100 of America’s most loved brands, to be exact. But there’s so much more to us than our top-notch portfolio of beers, seltzers, and more. We are powered by a 19,000-strong team that shares our passion to create a future with more cheers. We look for people with talent, curiosity, and commitment and provide the teammates, resources and opportunities to unleash their full potential. The power we create together – when we combine your strengths with ours – is unstoppable. Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?
You’ll be part of a culture that celebrates creativity, community, and, of course, great beer. We offer a fast-paced environment where your leadership directly impacts the success of one of the busiest pubs in Seattle.
ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at our stadium location. This role requires a dynamic individual who can assist in daily operations with a strong emphasis on service excellence and operational flow. The ideal candidate will have a guest-first approach, demonstrate accountability, and excel in staff development and mentoring.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Lead the Charge: Manage, coach, and inspire a diverse team of 5–35 hourly employees per shift. You’ll be responsible for scheduling and leading high-impact pre-shift huddles.
Drive Operational Excellence: Manage labor percentages and COGS. You’ll handle inventory, ordering, and forecasting to ensure the pub is always prepared for the next wave.
Maintain the Quality: While you don't need to be a Master Cicerone, you’ll oversee beverage quality. Basic draft system knowledge (keg swaps, gas ratios, troubleshooting) is a major plus.
Be the Face of Hospitality: Act as a kind, patient, and professional presence for our guests and a supportive mentor for our team.
Be a Noticer: You take immense pride in your workspace and understand that the little things create the guest experience.
You notice immediately if the lighting is too bright, the music is the wrong vibe, or a corner of the lawn needs attention.
You maintain a high standard for cleanliness and organization, ensuring the pub is always show-ready.
You are tuned into your team, noticing when a staff member needs support or has feedback to improve the flow of the shift.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Culture Driver: You are a people person who knows how to keep shifts fun and staff engaged. You bring the energy that makes people want to come to work.
Hospitality Heart: You look forward to being on the floor, shaking hands, and going above and beyond to welcome our guests.
Experience: 1–2 years of management experience in F&B.
Business Acumen: Solid understanding of ordering and labor costs.
Flexibility: Available for the nights and weekends that make our pub thrive.
Nice-to-Have: A genuine love for craft beer and technical familiarity with draft systems.
