The insurance agent is responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers while maintaining production goals. They must also manage currency transactions and build strong client relationships through effective communication.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and possess strong sales or customer service skills. While not required, a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are preferred.
