The baker is responsible for preparing baked goods such as breads, pies, and pastries according to recipes and production standards. They must also maintain sanitation, ensure food quality, and manage workstation cleanliness throughout their shift.
Candidates should have a professional baking certificate or equivalent experience and the ability to work flexible hours. Strong communication skills and the physical ability to perform all baking duties are required.
