You'll serve as the primary HR partner for a Distribution Center of approximately 50 associates, providing support across employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, engagement, and compliance. Compensation for this role is targeted between $95,000 and $115,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, performance incentives, and internal equity.
