The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for driving profitability through financial oversight, labor management, and inventory control. They are also tasked with recruiting, training, and coaching staff to ensure operational excellence and a high-quality guest experience.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week are required.
