The Cluster Sales Manager will act as a brand ambassador, managing corporate and FIT client relationships while driving new business acquisition. They will also coordinate sales strategies, represent the hotels at industry events, and support the opening of the new Mama Shelter location.
Candidates should have prior experience in a similar hotel size and possess leadership experience within a sales department. Fluency in German and English is required, along with proficiency in CRM systems and hotel management software like Opera.
