Swisscom Benefits ist unser Treueprogramm für Privatkunden und bietet exklusive Vorteile, die echte Mehrwerte schaffen. Als verantwortliche Person für das Partner Management bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Swisscom und externen Partnern – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum nachhaltigen Beziehungsmanagement.
Partner Sourcing & Aufbau: Du identifizierst neue Partnerunternehmen, nimmst Kontakt auf und entwickelst exklusive Angebote für unsere Kunden.
Konditionen & Lifecycle Management: Du verhandelst Bedingungen und Konditionen und begleitest Partnerschaften über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg.
End-to-End Projektverantwortung: Du übernimmst die E2E-Einbindung neuer Angebote und leitest Projekte wie zum Beispiel Shopzuführungen von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
Weiterentwicklung von Swisscom Benefits: Du arbeitest aktiv mit dem Benefits Kernteam zusammen und bringst deine Perspektive aus dem Partner Management in die strategische Weiterentwicklung von Swisscom Benefits ein.
Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH/HF) in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar (Abschluss nicht länger als ein Jahr)
Erfahrung im Partner-, und/oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke – kombiniert mit Kundenorientierung und Lösungsfokus
Eigeninitiative und Machermentalität: Du treibst Themen aktiv voran und bringst Ideen vom Konzept in die Umsetzung
