Position Overview
The Social Media Manager is a hands-on executor who lives and breathes social media. This role owns the daily publishing of content across all PopUp Bagels platforms, from feed posts to story responses, and ensures the brand shows up consistently, creatively, and on time. Reporting to and working closely with the VP of Marketing, this person brings a scrappy, high-energy approach to content, jumping into trends, engaging with our community in real time, and turning everyday moments into compelling brand content. This is a role for someone who loves to execute, built for someone who is deeply fluent in social and motivated by the process of building something great. This role will also work closely with our Manager, Creator & Talent Partnerships, who owns social media strategy and content for our brand and creator partnerships, ensuring a consistent brand voice and a coordinated content calendar across both functions. The Social Media Manager directly manages the Social Media Coordinator and oversees social media across all PopUp Bagels franchise and local store accounts, including local TikTok accounts, ensuring consistency with the national brand voice and content standards.
