The supervisor will manage paid social media strategy for national clients while overseeing day-to-day operations and internal team performance. They are responsible for implementing social initiatives, developing thought leadership, and mentoring team members to ensure best-in-class execution.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in paid social media strategy and 1-2 years of agency experience. Strong organizational skills and hands-on experience with native social platforms are required for this role.

We are hiring a Supervisor/Paid Social to join our One Marketplace team to manage the paid social strategy for key national clients. Our ideal candidate loves the fun fast-paced nature of the business yet is comfortable working in a casual environment. REQUIREMENTS
Salary range of 75-95k, commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications,, tenure in the industry and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
