The Finance and Accounting Lead manages day-to-day General Ledger operations, financial reporting, and ensures the accuracy of financial transactions. They lead and coach a team of four finance professionals while strengthening internal controls and supporting FP&A activities.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 6-8+ years of experience in accounting and control. Proven leadership experience in a hands-on role and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems are required.

The Finance & Accounting Lead acts as the right hand of the Head of Group Accounting and plays a key role within the Accounting, Compliance & Control and FP&A framework of Omnicom Media.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day General Ledger operations, financial reporting, and the accurate recording of financial transactions. In addition, you lead and coach a team of four finance professionals, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous development.
You safeguard the integrity, accuracy, control, and timeliness of financial reporting, while actively contributing to an improved financial control environment. As Omnicom Media continues its (global) finance transformation, you help bring the accounting function to the next level. You are not a traditional scorekeeper, but a forward-looking finance partner who drives better business outcomes.
