Job Title

Junior Client Finance Executive

Based in London Kings Cross

Hybrid role

Reporting to

Head of Finance

Job purpose

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will play a key role within the Finance Team, supporting with a range of finance related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter billing data for retainer and time & materials work into our forecasting tool
• Input forecast data for both existing and new clients into our forecasting tool
• Liaising with account teams as appropriate to ensure POs are received
• Enter billing details into our billing system, ensuring all relevant data points and PO numbers are included by the account teams
• Upload invoices directly via client procurement portals when required
• Maintain and update financial spreadsheets once billing has taken place
• Involvement in client set ups on our systems
• Ad hoc tasks

Key skills and qualifications

• Eagerness to adapt to and become proficient in new software and platforms
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheets for data entry, organisation, and basic analysis
• Energetic, driven individual
• Capability to manage information and prioritise tasks
