Dans le cadre de son hyper croissance, HAVAS BUSINESS SCIENCE, l’agence conseil en data marketing du Groupe Havas, recherche un Consultant Junior en Data, Automation et IA pour :
Délivrer des projets sur des sujets variés autour de la Data (migration Cloud, tracking, BI), de l’Automation (RPA) ou de l’IA (Orchestration agentique, développement d’agents) sous la supervision d’un manager conseil.
Développer ses compétences auprès de différentes industries et sur des sujets variés dans un environnement dynamique et en constante croissances.

Au service du business de ses clients, HAVAS BUSINESS SCIENCE transforme la data en actif stratégique pour les acteurs d’un grand nombre de secteurs (Orange, EDF, Groupe Crédit Agricole, Hyundai Kia, Michelin, Canal+, …). L’équipe regroupe les meilleurs talents du marché : consultants data en stratégie, data project managers, data analystes, data engineers, data scientists, automation specialists et experts de la data visualisation.
I) Responsabilités :
Participer activement à la conception, au développement et au déploiement de solutions data et automation pour nos clients
Intervenir sur des projets mêlant data, RPA et IA, en contribuant à toutes les phases (cadrage, développement, tests, mise en production)
Être force de proposition sur des cas d’usage d’automatisation à forte valeur ajoutée
Garantir la qualité, la robustesse et la maintenabilité des solutions développées
Travailler en collaboration étroite avec des consultants confirmés, data engineers, data analysts et experts automation
II) Vos missions :
a) Automation & AI
Concevoir et développer des robots RPA pour automatiser des processus métiers (back-office, marketing, finance…)
Intervenir sur des technologies telles que UiPath et/ou Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Participer à l’identification, la priorisation et la qualification des opportunités d’automatisation
Mettre en place des workflows automatisés robustes, intégrant des systèmes variés (APIs, fichiers, outils métiers)
Contribuer à des projets innovants autour de l’IA et de l’agentisation (agents, orchestration)
b) Data
Participer à la collecte, transformation et exploitation de données (ETL, requêtage, analyses)
Contribuer à la mise en place de dashboards décisionnels (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Aider à la structuration de la donnée (modélisation, qualité, gouvernance)
Collaborer avec les équipes métiers pour traduire leurs besoins en cas d’usage data concrets
c) Conseil & accompagnement client
Comprendre les enjeux métiers et les traduire en besoins analytiques
Présenter les résultats de manière claire et impactante à des interlocuteurs variés
Accompagner les clients dans la prise en main des outils BI et dans la montée en maturité data & IA
d) Projets transverses & internes
Contribuer à la veille technologique et à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques
Être actif dans sa propre montée en compétences par le biais de certifications et programmes de formation
III) Aptitude & compétences recherchées :
Issu(e) d’une formation en statistiques, data analytics, ingénierie ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’au moins une première expérience significative en automation (RPA), en agence, cabinet de conseil ou chez l’annonceur.
Nous recherchons un profil ayant les compétences suivantes :
Consulting : capacité à comprendre les enjeux business et à y répondre par la data
Relation client : aisance dans la communication, pédagogie et capacité à vulgariser les analyses
Esprit analytique : rigueur, curiosité, sens critique
Autonomie & proactivité : force de proposition, capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle
Marketing : culture média et marketing seront un plus pour ce poste
IV) Outils et techniques à maitriser :
RPA / Automation : UiPath et/ou Microsoft Power Platform
Python (notions appréciées pour automatisation ou analyses avancées)
Outils de BI : Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio…
Rapports et restitution : Excel, Powerpoint
Environnement cloud (GCP, AWS…) est un plus
Une précédente expérience (personnelle ou professionnelle) dans le déploiement d’agents est appréciée
