Job Description

Job Title: Creative Consultant

Location: Mumbai Experience: 3–8 Years (Advertising Agency Preferred)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Creative Consultant to serve as the bridge between clients information and the creative team. The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze client briefs, presentations, content, and requirements and convert them into concise, insight-driven creative briefs for designers and creative teams.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpretation skills, a strong understanding of branding and marketing communications, and the ability to extract key messaging, campaign objectives, target audience insights, and creative requirements from client inputs.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and campaign requirements.

· Create comprehensive and actionable creative briefs for design, content, and production teams.

· Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Monitor project/campaign timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

· Contribute strategic and creative inputs while creating briefs.

· Ensure all client deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

· Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations where applicable.

· Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business development.

Creative & Strategic Understanding

· Ability to convert client inputs into clear creative briefs.

· Good organizational and coordination abilities.

· Experience managing timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced agency environment.

· Strong attention to detail.

Additional Advantage

· Experience working with global brands.

· Exposure to AI-powered creative tools.

· Knowledge of consumer insights and integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualification Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Mass Media, Business Management, or a related field.

· Relevant certifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management are a plus.

Preferred Experience

· Prior experience in an Advertising Agency, Creative Agency, or Integrated Marketing Agency.

· Hands-on experience in handling brand campaigns, digital marketing projects, and creative production workflows.

· Experience preparing creative briefs and managing campaign execution from concept to delivery.
