ماذا ستفعل؟

هل أنت محترف في المبيعات تستمتع ببناء العلاقات، والتأثير في استراتيجيات التسويق، وتحقيق نتائج ملموسة؟
في هذا الدور، ستدير مجموعة من العملاء بهدف زيادة أداء حملاتهم الإعلانية. من خلال تحديد فرص النمو، والتوصية بتحسينات استراتيجية للحملات، وتقديم حلول إعلانية مبتكرة، وزيادة الاستثمارات التسويقية، ستلعب دورًا محوريًا في تحقيق نجاح العملاء ونتائج الأعمال.

ستعمل تحت إشراف فريق قيادة استقطاب المواهب لمنطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.

خلال يومك المعتاد، ستقوم بـ:

• إدارة وتنمية الإعلانات لمجموعة من العملاء من خلال الاستشارات المسبقة، وإدارة العلاقات، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي للحسابات.

• إجراء استشارات مع العملاء عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني لتحديد فرص تحسين الحملات وزيادة المبيعات و زيادة الأعمال.

• تقديم إرشادات احترافية حول المنصات الإعلانية وتمكين العملاء من تطبيق أفضل الحلول بشكل مستقل.

• تصميم وتنفيذ وتحسين حملات إعلانية قائمة على البيانات بما يتماشى مع أهداف العملاء وميزانياتهم ومؤشرات الأداء.

• متابعة أداء الحملات وتحليل المؤشرات الرئيسية وتقديم اقتراحات عملية لزيادة النتائج والعائد على الاستثمار.

• بناء علاقات قوية قائمة على الثقة مع العملاء من خلال تقديم دعم استشاري وحل المشكلات واكتشاف فرص إيرادات جديدة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة في المبيعات أو في التعامل المباشر مع العملاء أو في وظيفة مماثلة.

• إتقان اللغة الألمانية، إلى جانب مهارات تواصل باللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى B2.

• خبرة في المبيعات الصادرة والبيع الاستشاري، مع القدرة على التعامل مع دورات بيع معقدة وتطبيق الملاحظات والتوجيهات بسرعة لتحسين الأداء.

• مهارات قوية في استخدام الحاسوب لأغراض التواصل والتنظيم والتوثيق؛ ويفضل وجود خبرة في أنظمة  إدارة علاقات العملاء وأدوات المبيعات.

• مهارات عالية في إدارة الوقت والتنظيم وتحديد الأولويات لإدارة التواصل مع العملاء بكفاءة.

What You’ll Do

Are you a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing marketing strategies, and delivering measurable impact? As a Social Marketing Sales Representative – Arabic/English, you will partner with a portfolio of customers to maximize the performance of their advertising campaigns. By identifying growth opportunities, recommending strategic campaign enhancements, introducing new advertising solutions, and expanding marketing investments, you will play a key role in driving customer success and business results. 
You'll report to the EMEA Talent Acquisition leadership team.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Manage and grow a portfolio of advertising clients through proactive consultation, relationship management, and strategic account planning. 
• Conduct client consultations via phone and email to identify opportunities for campaign optimization, upselling, and business growth. 
• Provide expert guidance on advertising platforms, empowering clients to implement best-practice campaign strategies independently. 
• Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven advertising campaigns aligned with client goals, budgets, and performance targets. 
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations to maximize results and ROI. 
• Build trusted client partnerships by delivering consultative support, solving challenges, and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

What You Bring to the Role

• Experience in sales/customer-facing, or similar role. 
• Proficiency in Arabic language, and B2-level English communication skills. 
• Outbound sales and consultative selling, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong computer skills for communication, scheduling, and documentation; CRM and sales tool experience is a plus. 
• Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple client interactions.
