Requires a minimum of 15 years of professional experience writing proposals for the architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting industry. A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing is preferred.

The optimal candidate will have superior management and organizational skills, effectiveness in collaborating with business development leadership, technical experts, and federal contracts management personnel as well as knowledge and experience with capture and management of major indefinite quantity / indefinite delivery contracts. Additional skills of importance include data management, excellent writing capabilities, a strong design sensibility, and the ability to structure complex information and content into effective storytelling, regardless of the medium.
The position requires team collaboration, hands on attention to details, creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver high quality work products in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
