Head of Site Merchandising, Germany
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Site Merchandising to own the customer journey across the Quince Germany site. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and data. You’ll be responsible for how products and content come to life on the site to attract, engage, and convert customers.
Beyond optimizing the onsite experience, this role will take a leading position in SEO and organic growth, leveraging content and site merchandising tools to drive awareness, discovery, and traffic. You’ll use insights and data to ensure Quince’s unique value proposition shines through every page, from homepage to product detail.
This role will participate in shaping our growth in Germany through leveraging our global tools and processes, helping improve them and developing impactful localization strategy and tactics across web and app.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Category Management, and Engineering to ensure site merchandising supports both brand and business goals.
