The EHS Manager leads and sustains site-level environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure full regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Science. A minimum of 5 years of EHS management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.

POSITION PURPOSE
NEXPERA's Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for leading, implementing, and sustaining site-level EHS programs to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role serves as the primary environmental and safety authority for the site, and acts as a liaison with local regulatory agencies. The EHS Manager partners closely with site leadership to drive continuous improvement, environmental stewardship, and a strong safety culture while supporting operational excellence.
