The Engineering Technician is responsible for the maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement of building and automation equipment. They must perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot control systems, and respond to emergency maintenance requests to ensure facility operations.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in building and automation equipment maintenance with a strong working knowledge of electrical and control systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
