| 2 | Accident/Injury Investigation: 2.1 Conduct accident investigations immediately upon notice of accident and/or injury; complete within 24 hours at the latest. 2.2 Document interviews with employees and witnesses to the accident/injury. 2.3 Identify root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. 2.4 Communicate details of accident and/or injury to Human Resources Director and President. 2.5 Complete and submit, if necessary, worker's compensation report, OSHA log, and other regulatory agencies, including environmental reporting. 2.6 Update and maintain injury and accident statistics to evaluate performance level of program. | |||
